I have a customer called Norman from USA, send me a inquiry of toner corrugated box.
We have quoted for him based on requested size and printing firstly; but the only problem customer concerned is the material.
So we suggest him to send some pieces of material of the box they have in hand now.
Norman accept our suggestion, and send us 2 pieces cardboard by DHL. It took 3 days for waiting, when we received sample cardboard, we checked them carefully and according to his other requires like size, printing and shape, updated quotation has been offered to him soon, after several times discussion, we have confirmed final price with Norman.
Then we go ahead with sample production, around 7-10 days. After Norman got our sample box, he is satisfied, and confirmed all details, place bulk order to us.
We start production and arranged shipment within 20 days, he is glad with our box and service.
Now he is going to place second order to us.
